3. Travel Documents

You are responsible for having valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates. Twilight Getaways is not liable for any issues arising from missing or invalid documents.

4. Pricing & Inclusions

All prices listed are in INR unless stated otherwise. Prices may include accommodation, transport, meals, and other services as clearly stated. Optional/add-on services may be charged separately.

5. Liability

Twilight Getaways is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the tour. We are also not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by force majeure or third parties.

6. Conduct

We expect all travelers to behave respectfully. We reserve the right to remove individuals from a tour without refund for misconduct or behavior that affects the group or staff.

7. Changes to Itinerary

We may modify itineraries due to weather, local conditions, or other circumstances. In such cases, we aim to provide alternative arrangements of similar value.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
