Refund Policy
At Twilight Getaways, we understand that travel plans can change. Our Refund Policy is designed to be transparent and fair for our valued customers.
1. Cancellation by Customer
If you wish to cancel your booking, please inform us in writing via email. Refunds will be processed based on the following conditions:
- ✅ More than 30 days before departure – 80% refund
- ✅ 15–30 days before departure – 50% refund
- ✅ Less than 15 days before departure – No refund
2. Cancellation by Twilight Getaways
If we cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be entitled to a full refund or may opt to transfer the booking to another available package.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Certain components like visa fees, travel insurance, flight tickets, and service charges may be non-refundable, depending on third-party terms.
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Delays may occur depending on your bank or payment gateway.
5. No Show & Late Arrivals
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or for customers arriving late, which leads to missing scheduled activities or transport.
